         SB 77     provide that certain third and subsequent violations of stalking protection orders are felony offenses.
             Senators Schoenbeck, Abdallah, Albers, Dempster, and McCracken and Representatives LaRue, Cradduck, Cutler, Gillespie, Hennies, Kraus, and Madsen

         SB 96     provide for the creation of county interdisciplinary child information teams and to regulate their memberships, authority, and responsibilities.

         SB 107     revise certain provisions relating to the computation of time to be served for the failure to pay certain fines, costs, or restitution.
             Senators Apa, Albers, Dempster, Duniphan, Duxbury, Ham-Burr, Kelly, Kleven, and Napoli and Representatives Teupel, Adelstein, Bartling, Hackl, Klaudt, Lintz, Pederson (Gordon), Rounds, and Solum

         SB 167     provide immunity from liability for certain owners of anhydrous ammonia.
             Senators Jaspers, Bogue, Dennert, Diedrich (Larry), Duxbury, Greenfield, Kelly, Koskan, and Sutton (Dan) and Representatives Juhnke, Bartling, Davis, Deadrick (Thomas), Dykstra, Fryslie, Hundstad, Lintz, Olson (Ryan), Peterson (Jim), Rounds, Sigdestad, and Solum

         SB 181     require notice before relocating a child not living with both legal parents.
             Senators Kooistra and Schoenbeck and Representatives Gillespie, Cutler, and Deadrick (Thomas)

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
