         SB 131     revise the hours of supervision required for certification as a licensed professional counselor - mental health.
             Senators Duenwald and Ham-Burr and Representatives Miles, Bradford, Glenski, Hennies, Klaudt, Michels, and Van Norman

         SB 176     provide for and to regulate certain aspects of the practice of midwifery.
             Senators Koskan, Apa, Duenwald, Greenfield, and Moore and Representatives Begalka, Klaudt, Lange, and McCaulley

         SB 197     revise the criteria for congregate housing to be exempt from certain property taxes.
             Senators Dennert, Kleven, and Symens and Representatives Elliott and Hundstad

         HB 1066     revise certain provisions related to controlled substances registration.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         HB 1067     schedule certain controlled substances.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
