         SB 25     revise the schedule of certain controlled substances.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 26     revise certain provisions regarding vital records and to authorize the electronic filing of death certificates and permits for disposition.
             The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Health

         SB 7     require an inventory of parenting programs and to establish a volunteer mentor program for parents.
             Senators Koskan, de Hueck, Ham, Kleven, Moore, and Nachtigal and Representatives Hennies, Konold, Madsen, Murschel, Van Gerpen, and Wick at the request of the Interim Juvenile Offenses and Sentencing Committee

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
