         SB 34     allow weights and measures inspections to be preformed biennially.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 35     require insurance producers to sell only investments authorized pursuant to certain provisions.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 37     revise certain requirements for continuation and conversion of employer health plans.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 38     revise health plan coverage requirements for newborns and newly adopted children.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 40     exempt from registration certain Canadian broker-dealers and the securities offered by them.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

         SB 41     authorize the recovery of costs in contested cases for the real estate appraiser program and to repeal certain provisions regarding an appraiser's license.
             The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
