HB 1011      to revise certain provisions relating to the circulation of petitions.

HB 1012      to provide for an increase in legislative per diem.
          Representatives McNenny, Diedrich (Larry), Duniphan, Fischer-Clemens, Hunt, Smidt, and Sutton (Daniel) and Senators Brown (Arnold), Brosz, Halverson, Lange, and Shoener at the request of the Legislative Research Council Executive Board

HB 1021      to revise certain provisions relating to conciliation of labor disputes.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

HB 1029      to revise certain provisions regarding the regulation of simulcast racing operations.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
