Yvonne Taylor, Executive Director, South Dakota Municipal League 2 handouts

Ms. Taylor gave a presentation on the different municipalities in the state of South Dakota and the services they provide to residents.

Chair York opened a discussion with the committee members on the option of Neutral Testimony being taken during the hearing of a bill.
