Roger Novotny, Director, Division of Banking, addressed the committee, explaining the role of the Division of Banking and introducing Catherine Brandner, Deputy Director of the Division of Banking.

Gail Sheppick, Director, Division of Securities, addressed the committee, explaining the responsibilities of the Division of Securities.

Dee Jones Noordermeer, Executive Director, South Dakota Real Estate Commission, addressed the committee, explaining the responsibilities of the Real Estate Commission and discussing the bills the Commission has before the Legislature.
