HB 1064*      revise certain provisions relating to the procurement, collection, filing, and analysis of biological specimens from persons convicted of crimes of violence.

HB 1097*      require sellers of tobacco and alcohol to retain the age-bearing documents of persons suspected of misrepresenting their age for the purpose of purchasing those products and to require community service of those who misrepresent their ages for the purpose of purchasing tobacco and alcohol.
HB 1100*      allow certain nurses to form limited liability partnerships and limited liability companies.
HB 1060*      revise the standards of review for findings of fact.
HB 1101*      revise the grounds for revocation or suspension of an alcoholic beverage license.
HB 1103*      allow state employees to use two days of personal leave as voluntary community service leave.
HJR 1001      Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to legislative term limits.
HB 1120      exempt baler twine from municipal sales taxes.
HB 1180      provide for a retroactive application of the definition of telephone company operating property.
HB 1049      establish an incentive program for voluntary school reform.
HB 1045      adopt the Interstate Nurse Licensure Compact and to establish South Dakota's participation in the interstate compact.
HB 1054      revise certain provisions related to expenses and compensation of water development district board members.

HC 1004      (HJ 11th LD) Commending and honoring Freida Shuh of the Lutheran Brotherhood as a 1999 Fraternalist of the Year.
HC 1005      (HJ 11th LD) Commending and honoring Irene Sears of Modern Woodmen of America as a 1999 Fraternalist of the Year.
