HB 1030* provide for the cancellation of certain uncollectible unemployment insurance
contributions.
HB 1034 require certain insurance companies to identify and locate beneficiaries on life
policies and annuity contracts.
HB 1015 repeal the use of explosives, pyrotechnics, and fireworks for the protection of
sunflower crops from depredating birds.
HB 1035 repeal certain provisions and regulations related to labeling requirements for feed.
HB 1037 revise certain provisions regarding the South Dakota State Fair.
HB 1046 allow certain resident farmers or ranchers to receive a big game license during the
Black Hills deer season.
HB 1047 revise certain provisions defining fur-bearing animals.
SB 105* authorize a health care practitioner to administer a toxicology test to an infant under
certain circumstances.
SB 28 make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to
declare an emergency.
SB 45 revise certain provisions regarding the sale of unclaimed property.
SB 48 authorize the Board of Regents to purchase improved agricultural real property in
Meade County, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
SB 49 authorize the Board of Regents to purchase unimproved agricultural real property in
Brookings County and to make an appropriation therefor.
SB 55 revise certain provisions regarding the tax on endoparasiticides and ectoparasiticides.
SB 64 revise certain provisions related to attempted human trafficking in the first degree
and to provide a penalty therefor.
SB 78 revise the membership of the Board of Education Standards to include the chairs of
the Senate and House committees on education.

SC 23 (SJ 12th LD) Congratulating and honoring Jeff and Janine Nielsen on being awarded
the 2018 South Dakota Retailer of the Year Award by the South Dakota Retailers
Association.
SC 24 (SJ 12th LD) Honoring and congratulating the Matt and Paula Loewe family as the
2018 Farm Family of the Year as awarded by the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of
Commerce.
