SB 19*     (Intent to reconsider vote by which lost) establish for the Board of Regents and its institutions a fund for the receipt and disbursement of federal grants and contracts and a fund for the receipt and disbursement of other grants and contracts and to make an appropriation therefor.

HB 1037*    revise certain provisions regarding delegates and alternates to the national convention, nominating petitions, and runoff elections and to revise certain provisions for new political parties.
SB 101*    provide for the release of certain military records.


SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

SB 131*    revise certain provisions concerning the period of time elected officials are prohibited from lobbying after leaving office.
    revise certain provisions concerning the period of time certain persons are prohibited from lobbying after leaving office.
SB 93*    revise certain provisions regarding marriage license fees.
SB 154*    require the Department of Transportation to utilize native grasses on new or remodeled state properties as landscape.
SB 118*    allow for special motor vehicle license plates depicting the Dignity sculpture.
SB 123    revise the area where certain nonresident waterfowl licenses may be issued.
SB 66*     (JR 5-17 with pending amendment SJ p 313) specifically classify certain agricultural land as riparian buffer strips, to establish the criteria for the riparian buffer strip classification, and to provide for the taxation thereof.
SB 75    revise certain provisions regarding the purchase from a municipality of malt beverages by certain alcoholic beverage licensees.
SB 81    prohibit the manufacture, sale, or possession of alcohol in a powdered, condensed, or other concentrated form under most circumstances.
SB 77*     (Deferred from 18th LD) provide for a fiscal note for any initiated measure, initiated amendment to the Constitution, or referred law that would have a fiscal impact on the state.
