HB 1061 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 615, 643) revise the penalty for the distribution or possession with intent to distribute marijuana to a minor.
HB 1120 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 606) revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
HB 1132 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 649) revise certain provisions concerning the circumstances under which children may be held in temporary custody.
HB 1248 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 606) establish the South Dakota soil conservation award program and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1283 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 607, 650, 651) create a special class of alcoholic beverage licenses for full service restaurants and to provide for compensation of certain alcoholic beverage licenses.
     Revise on-sale alcoholic beverage license fees for certain municipalities and to declare an emergency.
HB 1320 *    (Consideration of Senate amendments; SJ 558) provide tax incentives for certain wind energy facilities and energy transmission equipment.

CONSIDERATION OF REPORTS OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEES

HB 1080     (HJ 770) authorize the Board of Regents to construct a student athlete development center on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.
HB 1083     (HJ 770) authorize the Board of Regents to construct a new public restroom facility at McCrory Gardens on the campus of South Dakota State University and to make an appropriation therefor.

HC 1027     (HJ 776) Honoring Jeff Berndt for being selected as the South Dakota Advanced Placement Teacher of the Year.
HC 1028     (HJ 776) Honoring Emma Wang for earning a Siemens Foundation Award for excelling in math and science.
HC 1029     (HJ 777) Honoring Daniel Parrott for earning a Siemens Foundation Award for excelling in math and science.
HC 1030     (HJ 777) Honoring eleven top seniors from Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls as finalists for the Merit Scholarship Awards.
HC 1031     (HJ 777) Congratulating the town of Epiphany on the 125th anniversary celebration of its founding.
HC 1032     (HJ 778) Congratulating the town of Canova on the 125th anniversary celebration of its founding.

SC 22     (SJ 655) Recognizing and congratulating the Rapid City Stevens High School Volleyball Team for winning the 2007 Class AA State Volleyball Championship.
SC 23     (SJ 655) Commending and honoring the 2007-2008 Madison High School Lady Bulldogs Gymnastics Team for its fourteenth consecutive state championship title in Class A Gymnastics and for setting the national record for consecutive gymnastics state championships.
