HB 1212    provide for fair and open competition in certain governmental contracts, to prohibit the inclusion of certain terms in governmental contracts and documents, and to establish a procedure to grant certain exemptions after notice and a public hearing.
HJR 1002    Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to legislative term limits.
