SB 71 correct the name of a postsecondary institution authorized to provide educational
programs in South Dakota.
HB 1008 codify legislation enacted in 2012.
HB 1009 correct an error in the recreational vehicle title statute.
SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

SB 66* (Removed from Consent Calendar) revise the style and form of certain provisions,
to amend certain provisions to streamline and clarify, and to repeal certain obsolete
and unnecessary provisions pertaining to the Real Estate Commission.
SB 4 (Deferred from 9th LD) require the Department of Labor and Regulation to determine
certain job placement outcomes for graduates of all public postsecondary education
institutions in the state.
SB 3* (Deferred from 9th LD) require the reporting of the outcomes of certain licensure and
certification examinations.
HB 1036 prohibit retention of certain administration costs for untimely 911 surcharge
remittances.

the South Dakota Army National Guard Soldier of the Year.
HC 1002 (HJ p. 122) Commending and honoring Sergeant Jacob Vissia for his selection as
the South Dakota Army National Guard Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
HC 1003 (HJ p. 123) Commending and honoring Chief Warrant Officer Four Kenneth
Schoenfelder for his selection as the South Dakota Army National Guard Warrant
Officer of the Year.
HC 1004 (HJ p. 124) Commending and honoring First Lieutenant Cody Becker for his
selection as South Dakota Army National Guard Lieutenant of the Year.
