SB 71    correct the name of a postsecondary institution authorized to provide educational programs in South Dakota.
HB 1008    codify legislation enacted in 2012.

SB 66*    (Removed from Consent Calendar) revise the style and form of certain provisions, to amend certain provisions to streamline and clarify, and to repeal certain obsolete and unnecessary provisions pertaining to the Real Estate Commission.
SB 4    (Deferred from 9th LD) require the Department of Labor and Regulation to determine certain job placement outcomes for graduates of all public postsecondary education institutions in the state.
SB 3*    (Deferred from 9th LD) require the reporting of the outcomes of certain licensure and certification examinations.

SB 5*    (Deferred from 9th LD) establish the public purpose and goals of postsecondary education, to provide for the funding of postsecondary education, and to create the Council on Higher Education Policy Goals, Performance, and Accountability.

SB 69*    revise certain provisions of the health professionals diversion program.

SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

HB 1036    prohibit retention of certain administration costs for untimely 911 surcharge remittances.
