SB 77*    (Deferred from 22nd LD)require school boards to approve pick-up locations for any open enrolled students who are transported in their resident school districts by receiving school districts.
SB 152    (Deferred from 23rd LD)require that any reduction in the general fund levies of a school district only account for increases in the taxable valuation of property and to revise the property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
SB 114*    (Deferred from 24th LD)provide that parties to a divorce or separate maintenance action be restrained from making changes to insurance coverage.


SB 126    (Deferred from 24th LD)stabilize the funding of the state aid to education formula for two years by appropriating money from the education enhancement trust fund and borrowing money from certain school districts, to create the education stabilization fund, and to prohibit school districts from imposing an excess tax levy for two years.
SB 136    (Deferred from 24th LD)enhance certain provider services.
