         HCR 1004    (HJ p.332) Requesting the Congress of the United States to direct the Corps of Engineers to address and rectify problems caused by the accumulation of sediment in the Missouri River main stem reservoirs.
         HCR 1005    (HJ p.333) Expressing the Legislature's regret for the loss of Eleanor McGovern.

         SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS

         SB 195    allow member schools of the South Dakota High School Activities Association to remit certain admissions fees to private entities for the support of interscholastic activities.
         HB 1023    revise certain provisions concerning the definition of big game and the possession, transportation, and sale of big game meat and animal parts.
         HB 1112    revise certain provisions regarding the transportation of fur-bearing animals.
         HB 1204    revise fees for renewal stickers that are placed on special motor vehicle license plates for certain military veterans.

         SB 43*    (Deferred from 20th LD) provide for the registration of tobacco retailers.
         SB 82*    revise certain fees charged by sheriffs.
         SB 97*    revise certain miscellaneous provisions of the trust statutes.
         SB 135*    increase the minimum salary payable to county officials, state's attorneys, and sheriffs.
         SB 142*    provide for collection of certain workers' compensation by court order.
         SB 190*    provide for the establishment of special development districts and to authorize the issuance of certain restricted alcoholic beverage licenses in such districts.
         SB 200*    prohibit the state and its political subdivisions from releasing or posting social security numbers on the internet or any other media or domain available to the public.
         SB 202*    increase the exemption from process of certain retirement benefits.
         SB 209*    create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts, wrestling, and sparring exhibitions in the state.
