basis.

Section 10. That chapter 30 of the 2012 Session Laws be amended by adding thereto a NEW
SECTION to read as follows:
Section 38. The state treasurer shall transfer to the employer's investment in South Dakota's
future fund three million six hundred thousand dollars ($3,600,000), from the state general fund.
Section 11. Funds appropriated by section 3 of this Act which are unspent at the end of fiscal
year 2013 may be carried over to fiscal year 2014.
Section 12. This Act is effective June 26, 2013.
