        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to repeal the requirement to separately publish certain information concerning county poor relief from the minutes of the county commissions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 28-13-41 be repealed.
    28-13-41. It shall be the duty of the board of county commissioners to publish the number of persons receiving poor relief, the amount or amounts paid, and if paid to other than the person receiving poor relief, the name of the payee, the amount thereof, and the purpose for the expenditure.
