        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to require the forfeiture of preference points for certain hunting licenses upon conviction of unlawfully killing, destroying, taking, or possessing trophy animals.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 41-6 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
    Any person convicted of unlawfully killing, destroying, taking, or possessing a trophy animal, as defined in § 41-1-1.3, shall forfeit all preference points accumulated pursuant to rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 by the Game, Fish and Parks Commission.
