AN ACT

        ENTITLED, An Act to appropriate additional funds and to extend the availability of appropriations to replace storage facilities at the Cottonwood Agricultural Experiment Station.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That section 3 of chapter 92 of the 2008 Session Laws be amended to read as follows:
    Section 3.There is hereby appropriated from pesticide registration fees designated for the agricultural experiment station in subdivision 38-20A-59(4) the sum of four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, to the Board of Regents for the purpose of constructing the facility described in this Act.
    Section 2. The appropriations made in section 1 of this Act shall be available for four full fiscal years following the effective date of this Act.
