        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to permit the filing of certain agricultural lien documents with the Office of the Secretary of State by electronic means.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 57A-9 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
    The Office of the Secretary of State may establish and maintain a secure and interactive website where agricultural liens may be filed and accessed by interested parties.
