        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to establish a funding formula for institutions under the control of the Board of Regents.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. There is hereby established a funding formula for the institutions under the control of the Board of Regents that is based, in part, on an institution's number of graduates and graduation rate.
