        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to designate the American bison as the state animal.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 1-6-8 be amended to read as follows:
    1-6-8. The coyote American bison is hereby designated as the state animal of South Dakota.
