        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to permit public bodies to keep minutes of executive session and to restrict who may review the minutes.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. Any county, municipality, school district, or other political subdivision of the state may keep minutes while meeting in executive session. If minutes are taken and kept at any executive session of a political subdivision, the minutes are not a public record. However, the minutes may be reviewed by any member of the governing body of such political subdivision.
