        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to appropriate money for the repair of state-owned dams managed by the Office of School and Public Lands and the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), or so much thereof that may be necessary, to the Office of School and Public Lands for the repair of state-owned dams managed by the Office of School and Public Lands.
    Section 2. The commissioner of school and public lands shall approve vouchers and the state auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized in section 1 of this Act.
    Section 3. There is hereby appropriated from the general fund the sum of two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000), or so much thereof that may be necessary, to the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks for the repair of state-owned dams managed by the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks.
    Section 4. The secretary of Game, Fish, and Parks shall approve vouchers and the state

auditor shall draw warrants to pay expenditures authorized in section 3 of this Act.
    Section 5. Any amounts appropriated in this Act not lawfully expended or obligated shall revert in accordance with the procedures prescribed in chapter 4-8.
