        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to revise and clarify certain provisions relating to the revocation of fur dealer licenses.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 41-6-26 be amended to read as follows:
    41-6-26. The Game, Fish and Parks Commission may revoke any fur dealer's license if the commission determines that the holder of the license has violated any provision of §§ 41-14-22 to 41-14-24, inclusive, relating to fur dealers or has knowingly purchased any skin taken out of season. No person whose license is so revoked may receive another license within two years from the date of the revocation.
