        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to require complaints made to the Department of Labor and Regulation regarding appraisers to be written and include the name of the person making the complaint and a factual basis for the complaint.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 36-21B be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
    All complaints made to the department under the provisions of chapter 36-21B shall be in written form and shall contain the name of the person making the complaint and a factual basis for the complaint. If the department investigates the complaint, the department shall inform the subject of the investigation of the specific allegations made in the complaint and the name of the person who made the complaint.
