        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to authorize the sale of nonresident duck hunting licenses in certain counties.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That chapter 41-6 be amended by adding thereto a NEW SECTION to read as follows:
    The provisions of §§ 41-6-18.1 and 41-6-18.2 notwithstanding, the Game, Fish and Parks Commission shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish and implement a program to provide for the sale of an unlimited number of nonresident duck hunting licenses valid for use in Campbell, McPherson, Edmunds, and Walworth counties. The licenses shall be sold over-the-counter or via the internet.
    Section 2. The provisions of this Act are repealed on July 1, 2015.
