        FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to exempt certain counties from restrictions relating to the taking of muskrat.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
    Section 1. That § 41-8-26 be amended to read as follows:
    41-8-26. The provisions of §§ 41-8-24 and 41-8-25 that refer to muskrats do not apply to the counties of Brown, Day, Haakon, Jackson, Jones, Lyman, Marshall, Spink, and Stanley.
