ENTITLED, An Act to  repeal the requirement to report the names of students who are deaf, blind, or visually impaired.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA:
     Section  1.  That § 13-27-10 be repealed.
