DESCRIPTION: FMAP: Department of Social Services, Department of Education, Department of Corrections, Department of Human Services - This amendment decreases general funds by ($41,941,331) and increases federal fund expenditure authority by $42,743,338 due to the increase in the Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP) rate. This FMAP rate increase of 6.2% is part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. (BFM53)
