         HB 1028     remove certain restrictions on the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications regarding state communications.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Bureau of Information and Telecommunications

         HB 1058     continue a surcharge on certain hunting licenses and to exempt resident furbearer and one-day small game licenses from the surcharge.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks

         HB 1073     establish a consumer compensation and education fund related to telecommunication services and to provide for expenditures from the fund.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

         HB 1074     prohibit the providing of false or misleading information to the Public Utilities Commission and to provide a penalty therefor.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Public Utilities Commission

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
