         SB 130*     centrally assess certain wireless, cellular, and personal communications system telecommunications companies.
             Senators Apa, de Hueck, Koskan, McCracken, Napoli, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Teupel, Hennies, Lange, Madsen, McCoy, and Rhoden

         SB 144     revise the rules promulgation process.
             Senators Bogue and McCracken and Representatives Smidt and Michels

         SB 175     revise certain provisions relating to submission of budget requests and budget reports to the Legislative Research Council and the Legislature.
             Senators Bogue, Apa, Brown, McCracken, Moore, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Peterson (Bill), Klaudt, Michels, Olson (Mel), Putnam, and Rhoden

         SB 177*     revise certain provisions relating to contested cases under the Administrative Procedures Act and the Office of Hearing Examiners.
             Senators de Hueck and Knudson and Representatives Garnos, Cradduck, and Van Gerpen

         SB 213*     prohibit hunting on certain school and public lands containing unharvested crops.
             Senator Koskan and Representative Teupel

         SB 220*     establish the Dakota Corps scholarship program, to provide for its funding, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.
             The Committee on Education at the request of the Governor

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
