         HB 1221*     revise the requirement for the classification of certain structures for taxation.
             Representatives Teupel and Madsen and Senator Apa

         HB 1261*     restrict public corporations from making purchases from any retailer that fails to collect and remit sales and use taxes.
             Representatives Dykstra and Gillespie and Senator Albers

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         HB 1157*     revise the application of the gross receipts tax on visitor related businesses.

         HB 1110     revise certain provisions regarding the expenditure of proceeds from the county wheel tax.
             Representatives McCaulley, Cradduck, Cutler, Hennies, Murschel, O'Brien, Peterson (Bill), Rounds, and Thompson and Senators Knudson, Albers, de Hueck, Dempster, Kelly, and Moore

         HB 1232*     provide a tax exemption certificate for meeting organizers under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Madsen, Michels, and Teupel and Senator Apa
