         HB 1281*     revise certain county zoning laws.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

         HB 1179     repeal certain provisions prohibiting disclosures by a state agency of information concerning a private entity.
             Representatives Williamson, Bartling, Lange, Olson (Mel), Peterson (Bill), and Solum and Senators Earley, de Hueck, Moore, and Symens

         HB 1282*     revise certain provisions regarding the official records relating to a pardon.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill), Madsen, Michels, and Olson (Mel) and Senators Bogue, Brown, and Moore

         HB 1139     allow local units of government to regulate the sales, distribution, and use of tobacco products.
             Representatives Hunhoff, Bartling, Bradford, Cradduck, Frost, Gassman, Glenski, Kraus, LaRue, Novstrup, O'Brien, Peterson (Bill), Van Etten, Weems, and Williamson and Senators Knudson, Brown, McCracken, and Symens
