         HCR 1009    (HJ 423) Requesting that a bipartisan delegation of South Dakota state legislators travel to Washington, D.C., to meet with congressional leaders, administration, and Department of Agriculture officials to express the need for disaster assistance targeted to those in most serious need.

         HB 1156    provide a uniform method for establishing a fee to obtain copies of marriage records.

         SB 179*    (Placed by Motion) revise and expand certain provisions relating to wind energy development.
         SB 8*    reconstitute the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Act Advisory Group and to revise its authority and responsibilities.
         SB 119*     require that certain lienholders and insurance companies pay the fees associated with the towing and storage of motor vehicles under certain circumstances.
              Require owners of abandoned vehicles to pay for certain towing and storage expenses and to provide a penalty for the intentional abandonment of certain motor vehicles.
         SB 130    centrally assess certain wireless, cellular, and personal communications system telecommunications companies.
         SB 220*    establish the Dakota Corps scholarship program, to provide for its funding, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1015    (Deferred from 24th LD) make an appropriation to cover the inmate medical expense shortfall in the Department of Corrections and the Department of Health and to declare an emergency.
         HB 1072*    (Deferred from 24th LD) revise certain provisions regarding the operation of vehicles upon the approach of authorized emergency vehicles.
         HB 1020*    authorize the Game, Fish and Parks Commission to revise certain provisions related to the licensing of and hunting methods used by disabled hunters.
         HB 1075    designate rodeo as the official sport of South Dakota.
