         SB 147     increase the state's percentage of the video lottery net machine income.
             Senators Knudson, de Hueck, Duenwald, Kooistra, and Koskan and Representatives Adelstein, Cutler, Lange, McCaulley, Peterson (Bill), and Wick

         SB 149     license cigarette manufacturers, distributors, and retailers and to regulate the sale and shipment of cigarettes.
             Senators Moore and Olson (Ed) and Representatives Sebert and Nesselhuf

         HB 1024*     revise the definition of the periods of service which qualify for veterans benefits.
             The Committee on Retirement Laws at the request of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs

         HB 1025*     provide that military discharge records are only made available to specified persons.
             The Committee on Retirement Laws at the request of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs

         HB 1098     provide for the accrual and accumulation of vacation and sick leave by state employees on a semimonthly basis.
             The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor

Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
