         SB 12     provide for more than one recount board in a county.

         SB 13     implement certain provisions of the federal Help America Vote Act.

         SB 57*     provide for the temporary replacement of certain elected officials called for active duty in the armed forces and to declare an emergency.

         SB 59*     transfer from the county register of deeds to the county treasurer certain administrative duties regarding titles for vehicles and boats.

         SB 67     modify the conditions under which contracts with local officers are permitted.

         SB 75     revise the requirements for irrigation district directors.

         SB 221     revise certain provisions related to the formation of ambulance districts.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
