         SB 111     repeal certain provisions providing for the review of county overweight vehicle enforcement programs.

         SB 215     revise certain penalties regarding overweight vehicle violations.

         HB 1174*     provide a weight tolerance for ice or snow buildup on vehicles.

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair.
