         HB 1104    impose an excise tax on the gross receipts of personal communications system, wireless, and cellular telecommunications companies.
             Representatives Peterson (Bill), Adelstein, Bartling, Begalka, Burg, Frost, Hanson, Juhnke, Lange, Madsen, Miles, Pederson (Gordon), Sebert, Sigdestad, Teupel, and Thompson and Senators McCracken, Apa, de Hueck, Dennert, Duxbury, Jaspers, and Symens

         HB 1154     impose a gross receipts tax on wireless, cellular, and personal communications system telephone companies in lieu of property tax.
             Representatives Bartling, Fryslie, Hundstad, Madsen, and Van Gerpen and Senators Duenwald, Apa, de Hueck, Dempster, Jaspers, and Kooistra
        
         HB 1221     revise the requirement for the classification of certain structures for taxation.
             Representatives Teupel and Madsen and Senator Apa

         HB 1203     revise the requirements for decalcomanias to be displayed on mobile homes and manufactured homes.
             Representative Adelstein

         HB 1245     provide for the taxation of severed mineral interests.
             Representatives Juhnke, Fryslie, Garnos, Olson (Ryan), and Van Gerpen and Senators Koskan, Dennert, Duenwald, Olson (Ed), and Sutton (Duane)

         HB 1274     repeal the contractor's excise tax.
             Representative Lange and Senator Kloucek

         HB 1124     increase certain sales and use taxes and allocate revenue for education and property tax reduction.
             Representatives Pederson (Gordon) and Lintz and Senator Vitter

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
