         HB 1226     revise who may complete home studies for adoptions.
             Representatives Novstrup, Deadrick (Thomas), Frost, Gillespie, Kraus, and Weems and Senators Kooistra and Sutton (Duane)

         HB 1234     create a commission on health care.
             Representatives Hunhoff, Adelstein, Cradduck, Frost, Garnos, Heineman, Kraus, Madsen, Michels, Miles, Olson (Mel), Peterson (Bill), Rhoden, Teupel, Van Etten, and Wick and Senators Olson (Ed), Abdallah, Albers, Brown, and Moore

         HB 1257     provide for a preference for certain relatives when placing children outside their home and to provide standing to certain relatives to petition for adoption when parental rights have been terminated.
