         HB 1192     revise the procedure for assessing agricultural property and to repeal the nonagricultural acreage classification.
             Representatives Lintz, Begalka, Hargens, Klaudt, Lange, Pederson (Gordon), and Van Gerpen and Senators Duenwald, Dennert, Duxbury, Kleven, Symens, and Vitter

         HB 1157     revise the application of the gross receipts tax on visitor related businesses.
             Representatives Teupel, Adelstein, Hennies, Konold, Madsen, McCoy, Pederson (Gordon), Solum, and Van Etten and Senators Olson (Ed), Duniphan, Ham, McCracken, Schoenbeck, and Vitter

         HB 1232     provide a tax exemption certificate for meeting organizers under certain circumstances.
             Representatives Madsen, Michels, and Teupel and Senator Apa

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

         HB 1216     impose sales and use tax on certain advertising services.

         HB 1261     restrict public corporations from making purchases from any retailer that fails to collect and remit sales and use taxes.

         HB 1104     impose an excise tax on the gross receipts of personal communications system, wireless, and cellular telecommunications companies.

         HB 1154     impose a gross receipts tax on wireless, cellular, and personal communications system telephone companies in lieu of property tax.

         HB 1208     provide tax exemptions or refunds for certain economic and business development projects.
