         HB 1175    (Deferred from 19th LD) provide for a permit system for plumbing.
         HB 1161    (Deferred from 19th LD) require a permit of persons engaged in certain plumbing activities.
         HB 1242*    (Deferred from 19th LD) permit counties to revise property tax levies that were lowered to maintain compliance with general fund balance carryover requirements.
         HB 1135*    establish the jump start South Dakota subfund and to provide for its funding and disbursement.
