         SB 109    (Deferred from 18th LD) allow the offer of an individual health benefit plan without certain mandates.
         SB 127    (Reconsider, placed by motion, deferred from 18th LD) provide that the beneficial interest in any wind easement shall follow the surface estate.
         SB 154*    (Deferred from 18th LD) authorize certain interstate shipments of wine, to establish certain penalties, and to collect sales tax.
         SB 199    (Deferred from 18th LD) revise the powers and composition of the South Dakota State Fair Commission within the Department of Agriculture.
