         SB 138    expand the nurse tuition reimbursement program to include other health care professionals.

         HB 1175    (Removed from Consent Calendar) provide for a permit system for plumbing.
         HB 1161    (Deferred from 18th LD) require a permit of persons engaged in certain plumbing activities.
         HB 1242*    permit counties to revise property tax levies that were lowered to maintain compliance with general fund balance carryover requirements.
         HB 1231    stabilize the annual balance of the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission gross receipts tax fund.
         HB 1229    authorize a South Dakota Statuary Commission.

         HJR 1003    Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article V, section 7 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, providing for the merit selection of circuit court judges.

         SB 137    revise certain provisions related to the physician tuition reimbursement program and to establish a tuition reimbursement program for dentists who fulfill certain requirements.

         SC 10    (SJ p. 360) Honoring the outstanding achievements of Dr. Carter J. Kerk and recognizing his appointment as chair of the National Advisory Committee on Ergonomics (NACE).
