         HB 1160     revise the maximum penalty for manslaughter in the second degree.

         HB 1272     permit the court to suspend certain mandatory jail sentences for DUI offenses on condition that the offender submit to certain drug treatment and testing.

         HB 1275     provide for an exception from certain child abuse reporting provisions based on privileged clerical communications.

         HB 1260     revise certain provisions relating to the release of satisfied liens and to provide an additional remedy for the unjust failure to do so.

         SB 74     revise certain transcript fees.
