         HB 1114     clarify certain provisions concerning the residency requirements for state's attorneys in certain small counties.

         HB 1119     revise certain provisions related to the arrest of a spouse for abuse.

         SB 177     revise certain provisions relating to contested cases under the Administrative Procedures Act and the Office of Hearing Examiners.
             Senators de Hueck and Knudson and Representatives Garnos, Cradduck, and Van Gerpen

         SB 141     prohibit capital punishment of juvenile offenders.
             Senators de Hueck, Jaspers, Kooistra, Moore, and Schoenbeck and Representatives Lange, Murschel, Solum, and Valandra

If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
