         HB 1200     require the Board of Counselor Examiners to establish a client bill of rights.
             Representatives Rounds and O'Brien and Senator de Hueck

         HB 1201     authorize the Board of Counselor Examiners to review allegations of unethical conduct by unlicensed counselors and therapists.

         SB 137     revise certain provisions related to the physician tuition reimbursement program and to establish a tuition reimbursement program for dentists who fulfill certain requirements.

         SB 138     expand the nurse tuition reimbursement program to include other health care professionals.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
