persons wishing not to receive unsolicited telephone calls, to create a telephone
solicitation account, and to establish certain fees and civil penalties.
SB 176 (Deferred from 15th LD) allow a claim for punitive damages in hit-and-run accident
cases.
SB 126 (Placed by motion) revise certain provisions related to the general occupancy tax.
SB 8* reconstitute the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Act Advisory Group and to revise
its authority and responsibilities.
SB 60* revise certain provisions relating to child custody and to provide for a shared
parenting plan.
SB 93 revise the time period during which certain off-sale service regarding alcoholic
beverages is prohibited.
SB 127 provide that the beneficial interest in any wind easement shall follow the surface
