         HB 1097    provide for local determination of fees for temporary malt beverage licenses.
         SB 43    conform medicare supplement plans to general delivery receipt requirements.
         SB 44    revise certain investigative and enforcement procedures regarding fraternal benefit societies.
         SB 45    repeal certain surplus lines broker licensing requirements.
         SB 47    increase the maximum fee that may be established for licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, certified registered nurse anesthetists, clinical nurse specialists, certified nurse midwives, and certified nurse practitioners.

         HB 1101*    revise the time period certain oversized motor vehicles may operate each day under a permit and to increase the cost of the permit.
         HB 1088*    establish a fund for the research of spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries and to create an advisory council for the disbursement of the fund.
         HB 1110    revise certain provisions regarding the expenditure of proceeds from the county wheel tax.
         HB 1108    authorize landowners and operators to hunt big game from certain public highways.
         HB 1100    make certain alcohol license fee provisions consistent.

         SB 30+    clarify certain prohibitions against direct or indirect benefit by members of the Investment Council.
         SB 22*+    revise certain provisions relating to the appearance by a parent in person, by counsel, or by telephone for a hearing to voluntarily terminate parental rights.
         SB 31*+    clarify the immunity from personal liability of certain persons discharging their responsibilities under the higher education savings plan and to provide for holding them harmless under such circumstances.
         SB 27*+    classify mountain lions as big game and to allow the use of dogs in hunting mountain lions.
         SB 11*+    revise certain provisions concerning the return and canvass of votes.
         SB 21*+    revise the requirements for service of a notice of entry in an action involving abuse or neglect.
         SB 66 +    establish a homeless veterans initiative program within the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.
         SB 1*    eliminate the requirement that certain nonprofit corporations file an annual report with the Department of Legislative Audit and to provide for Department of Legislative Audit approval of single audits of certain nonprofit corporations.
         SB 2    revise the audit requirements for state agencies and to clarify the frequency and scope of certain audits performed by the Department of Legislative Audit.
         SB 24*    authorize the secretary of agriculture to suspend or revoke an egg dealer's or processor's license for certain violations and to provide the licensee an opportunity for a hearing.

         HC 1004    (HJ 15th LD) Honoring the 2002 Plankinton/White Lake Warriors High School football team, coaches, and staff.
         SC 7    (SJ p. 300) Honoring Krista Jankowski, South Dakota Girls' State Governor, and Dan English, South Dakota Boys' State Governor, and commending the South Dakota American Legion and Auxiliary for their sponsorship and coordination of the Girls' State and Boys' State programs.
