         SB 143     authorize certain haystack movers to exceed vehicle weight restrictions under certain conditions.
             Senators Duxbury, Abdallah, and Vitter and Representatives Burg, Fryslie, and Garnos

         SB 198     revise the factors to be considered in designating the state trunk highway system and to add a section of highway located in Turner County and McCook County to the state trunk highway system.
             Senators Kooistra, Jaspers, Kloucek, and Reedy and Representatives Van Gerpen, Kroger, Nesselhuf, Putnam, Rave, and Schafer

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at a future meeting of the committee to be determined by the chair. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

BILLS FOR POSSIBLE ACTION WHICH HAVE HAD PRIOR HEARING.

         SB 94     change the auction agency license plate fee.
             Senators Earley, Kelly, Sutton (Dan), and Vitter and Representatives Wick, Elliott, and Pederson (Gordon)

         SB 115     provide for a recreational vehicle title for certain motor vehicles.
             Senators Napoli, Apa, Bogue, Brown, Jaspers, Koskan, McCracken, and Sutton (Duane) and Representatives Rhoden, Garnos, Lintz, Olson (Mel), Putnam, and Teupel

         SB 122     permit certain persons holding a restricted driving permit to operate a motor vehicle for an extended period of time.
             Senator Koskan and Representatives Garnos and Juhnke

         SB 119     require that certain lienholders and insurance companies pay the fees associated with the towing and storage of motor vehicles under certain circumstances.
             Senators Moore and Duniphan and Representatives Smidt and Michels
